Were changing lives. BIG PICTURE: As our in-house Recruiter, youll be the connective tissue between our creative vision and the talent who can bring it to life. Youll build and execute the full-cycle recruiting process for roles across our studio from scripted producers and creative leads to thumbnail artists and data analysts. Your specialty: identifying, engaging, and securing the kinds of scrappy, entrepreneurial talent that thrive in fast-moving, creator-led environments. Were expanding rapidly across content verticals, platforms, and products and were looking for a Recruiter whos deeply connected to the world of creators and production. If you know where to find rising creatives, innovative production staff, and multi-hyphenate digital talent and know how to recruit them into something bigger this is your moment. HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME: Own full-cycle recruiting for all creative and production roles from sourcing to offer. Source and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates from the creator economy, production studios, agencies, and digital platforms. Partner with hiring managers to develop role briefs and interview plans tailored to our fast-paced content environment. Act as a brand ambassador for Dhar Mann Studios pitching the mission, vision, and culture of our studio to potential candidates. Leverage talent platforms and direct outreach to identify candidates who thrive in social-first storytelling. Build relationships with creators, creative professionals, producers, and showrunners even before theyre looking for a role. Run a tight, candidate-first process that reflects our values of storytelling, speed, and purpose. Track performance metrics and continuously improve our hiring process. WHAT YOU HAVE: 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on creative, production, or digital talent. Deep understanding of the creator economy, social video landscape, digital storytelling, and modern production workflows. Strong network across the content space: digital creators, agencies, production shops, post teams, and social video talent. Exceptional communication and organizational skills; you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passionate about mission-driven content and stories that make a difference. Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and build great candidate experiences from end to end. Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with a team that moves fast and expects results. Experience sourcing for YouTube channels, OTT content, or branded entertainment. Familiarity with ATS platforms (we use Bamboo) and strong CRM/follow-up systems. WHO OVERSEES YOU: The Recruiter will report to Manager, HR and work closely with the extended leadership team.
