Retrieve information from files when needed Ensure the utmost level of confidentiality Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification Maintain internal Job Titles document and ensure accuracy in HRIS Type and design general correspondences and memos Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes Responsible for participating in the accuracy and clarity of final copy Document corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Attend to problem escalation and cultural sensitive discussions Job requirements Associate's degree 1-2 years' of experience in Talent Development and/or related area of Human Resources Ability to demonstrate time management skills Ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of information Strong project management, operational and process skills Comfortable embracing existing technologies used in the Talent Development function; being willing to learn new technologies when necessary Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple priorities while delivering high results; strong execution and organization skills Working knowledge/experience with/of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications such as, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and bend or stand as necessary.
