The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across Life Flight Network (LFN), ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent who align with our mission and values. This role will also support and help facilitate LFN's New Employee Orientation (NEO), ensuring a welcoming and informative onboarding experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare, aviation, or emergency services
Experience supporting or facilitating onboarding and/or orientation programs
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted recruitment strategies

What You'll Be Doing
* Serve as an internal advisor to hiring managers to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future.

What You'll Bring to the Team
* BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
* Experience managing/rolling out programs to improve the selection process
* Must be customer focused and can provide a high touch experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Knowledge of employment law and compliance as it relates to the recruiting process
* Experience networking, sourcing and finding diverse talent

Minimum Qualifications
21 years or older
12 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field
Bilingual in Spanish and English
