    We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with prior internal recruiting experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical company to support high-volume hiring across clinical and corporate functions. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder partnership skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior agency recruiting experience is a plus and will be valued for its pace and pipeline management expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting approximately 8 phone screens per day, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical research and corporate roles, including but not limited to CRA, CTA, CPM, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, and support functions Conduct ~8 phone screens per day, assessing candidate qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural fit Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines Source candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS and ensure compliance with internal recruiting processes Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process Provide candidates with a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Support workforce planning and pipeline development for ongoing and future hiring needs Track recruiting metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement Qualifications 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, with internal recruiting experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company required Prior agency recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting for clinical research and/or life sciences roles Proven ability to manage high-volume phone screens and multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong understanding of CRO and pharma organizational structures and clinical trial functions Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
