Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
2-5 years of recruiting experience required; experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or staffing agency strongly preferred.
Proven ability to source and hire high-volume hourly positions (warehouse associates, machine operators, forklift drivers, assemblers, etc.).
Experience using ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition - Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
Strategize - Manage all stages of the recruitment process. Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees. Draft and create job descriptions as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Administrative duties - Schedule interviews, draft questions, attend job fairs and other recruiting events. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Job Description
Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm with 1000+ legal and business professionals in eighteen offices, is currently searching for a full-time Lateral Recruiter to join our firm. This position plays a key role in advancing the firm's strategic attorney recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier and diverse legal talent in targeted growth markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required due to the frequent collaboration and contact with internal colleagues, candidates, external recruiters, and firm leadership. This individual must have a positive, can-do professional demeanor, precise attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent judgment to handle confidential information discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively support all aspects of the lateral recruiting cycle, including posting openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback and facilitating decision-making.
Gain a thorough understanding of the duties of the various attorney positions and what is required to be successful in those positions.
Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build and manage a robust pipeline of potential candidates and referral sources.
Identify and engage associate- and partner-level attorneys at target firms through strategic outreach, including direct contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in lateral opportunities.
Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic practice area needs.
Serve as a trusted liaison between candidates and the firm, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of candidate information and recruitment activity into the firm's applicant tracking system; generate reports, analyze metrics, and identify trends to inform recruitment strategy.
Prepare recruitment-related communications and offer letters for candidates in identified growth markets.
Collaborate with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to coordinate the decision-making process and provide support with follow-up tasks, including conflict check, due diligence and preparation of offer letters.
Partner with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to proactively assess lateral hiring needs and support the identification and attraction of qualified lateral attorney candidates.
Provide insights on competitive market activity, candidate movement, and sourcing trends in identified growth markets.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's recruiting brand, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
Understand the importance of and have the ability to implement recruiting DEIB initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of three years of legal recruiting experience required.
Knowledge of legal employment issues.
Ability to credibly discuss legal markets, practice areas, and career progression with candidates.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively by e-mail, telephone, and in person.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Source, screen and attract qualified individuals for openings across the US.
