As a Recruiter at Autobahn Fort Worth, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment process by engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring we select the right individuals who align with our values and contribute to the success of our dealership. Your work will help maintain a high standard of quality for the team while supporting our mission to foster career growth and build a diverse, talented workforce.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various automotive roles, including service technicians, sales professionals, and support staff.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Managing the full recruitment process from job posting, application review, interviews, and offer negotiation, to onboarding new hires.
Utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to actively source candidates and enhance our employer brand.
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and help new hires integrate successfully into our company culture.
Keeping accurate records of all candidate interactions and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies.
Providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Promoting the Autobahn Fort Worth brand to job seekers and developing strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds.
Assisting with employee retention strategies and identifying opportunities for internal promotions to support our commitment to growing talent from within.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in recruitment may be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruiting purposes.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for the automotive industry and the ability to communicate our company's values effectively to potential candidates.
Knowledge of automotive roles, industry standards, and the skill sets required for various positions is a plus.
Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
