We're looking for a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving strong hiring outcomes, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting practices through data, process, and partnership. This is a contract position for 6 months. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week in our Los Angeles office.
In this role, you will:
Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles, from intake through offer acceptance

Job Description
FBT Gibbons is currently searching for a full-time Lateral Recruiter to join our firm. This position plays a key role in advancing the firm's strategic attorney recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier and diverse legal talent in targeted growth markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required due to the frequent collaboration and contact with internal colleagues, candidates, external recruiters, and firm leadership. This individual must have a positive, can-do professional demeanor, precise attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent judgment to handle confidential information discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively support all aspects of the lateral recruiting cycle, including posting openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback and facilitating decision-making.
Gain a thorough understanding of the duties of the various attorney positions and what is required to be successful in those positions.
Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build and manage a robust pipeline of potential candidates and referral sources.
Identify and engage associate- and partner-level attorneys at target firms through strategic outreach, including direct contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in lateral opportunities.
Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic practice area needs.
Serve as a trusted liaison between candidates and the firm, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of candidate information and recruitment activity into the firm's applicant tracking system; generate reports, analyze metrics, and identify trends to inform recruitment strategy.
Prepare recruitment-related communications and offer letters for candidates in identified growth markets.
Collaborate with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to coordinate the decision-making process and provide support with follow-up tasks, including conflict check, due diligence and preparation of offer letters.
Partner with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to proactively assess lateral hiring needs and support the identification and attraction of qualified lateral attorney candidates.
Provide insights on competitive market activity, candidate movement, and sourcing trends in identified growth markets.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's recruiting brand, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
Understand the importance of and have the ability to implement recruiting DEIB initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of three years of legal recruiting experience required.
Knowledge of legal employment issues.
Ability to credibly discuss legal markets, practice areas, and career progression with candidates.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively by e-mail, telephone, and in person.
Demonstrated cross-cultural skills and awareness related to individuals from broad backgrounds, races, ethnicities, religions, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and disability, among others.
Ability to understand unconscious bias and its effect on recruiting and hiring.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to set priorities, work independently, and handle a variety of duties effectively under time constraints.

Ability to work over 40 hours per week and travel as needed across the firm's regional footprint. Weekend travel may be required from time to time.

The pay range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. For applicants physically based in California, a reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $95,000-$115,000. For applicants physically based in Denver, a reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $85,000-$105,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

POSITION SUMMARY
The hospital recruiter will be responsible for all clinical and non-clinical recruitment and the execution of recruitment strategies. This will be achieved by creating, developing and executing cost effective creative sourcing, recruiting and retention strategies that attract talented and highly motivated employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for full cycle RN and related clinical/non clinical sourcing and recruitment up to the Director level.
* Proactively implement new recruitment strategies and course correct depending on outcomes.

* Responsible for all phases of the recruiting and hiring cycle, including consulting with hiring manager to determine needs analysis and develop a recruiting strategy.

* Develops, builds and maintains relationships with viable candidates through ongoing communication and managing future interest candidate pipelines.
* Acts as an ambassador for the organization at events, conferences, professional/community associations both locally and regionally.
* Create job requisitions and job postings in ATS, and assist with other steps in the workflow process
* Builds applicant sources to attract candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
* Oversee job advertisements and job board postings and be serve as a liaison with contracted agencies.
* Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A. Education
* Associates degree required, candidates with at least 5 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
B. Qualifications/Experience
* Minimum of 1-2 years healthcare recruitment experience, preferably hospital recruitment.
* PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Kronos ATS experience preferred.
