Execute high-volume outbound messaging campaigns with a focus on personalized outreach to increase response rates from high-demand engineers. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical foundational knowledge, cultural alignment, and career motivations. Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, including in person interviews, coding assessments, and zoom interviews. Create a positive, professional and welcoming candidate experience and represent FloQast throughout the hiring cycle with: timely and respectful follow ups to candidates, attention to detail in written and verbal communication accurate scheduling of interviews, and ensuring data integrity in our ATS. Successfully manage a high volume of scheduling phone interviews and on-site interviews for our R&D teams in San Jose. Maintain exceptional records and notes within our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
