Specific Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for assigned employee groups with precision and confidentiality. Review timecards, deductions, benefits, bonuses, and adjustments to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local laws. Reconcile payroll reports, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain employee payroll records and assist with internal and external audits. Partner with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to address payroll-related questions and provide excellent service. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll systems and processes. Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 3+ years of payroll experience in a mid-size or large organization. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and wage & hour rules. Experience with leading payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP). High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent communication and service orientation. Preferred Qualifications Multi-state payroll experience. Familiarity with HRIS integrations and payroll reporting tools. CPP or FPC certification (or actively pursuing certification).
