Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Recruiting Assistant for Rutgers Football. This position is responsible for assisting the Rutgers football staff in all aspects of the recruiting process.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Coordinates and executes a system of mailings and general correspondence for prospective student-athletes and high school coaches. Assists the football staff with the planning, organization and execution of all major recruiting functions, including both official and unofficial visits. Maintains a large database of prospective student-athletes, with an emphasis placed on updating and manipulating the information to suit the needs of the coaching staff. Records a detailed log of all videotapes submitted to the football office by prospective student-athletes, high school coaches and scouting services. Communicates with members of a student hostess group and coordinating their involvement in different recruiting functions. Monitors the Internet for any information about prospective student-athletes that could assist the coaching staff in the recruiting process. Serves as host to high school coaches, prospective student-athletes and other important persons during practice sessions.

The USC Keck School of Medicine - Alzheimer Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), located in San Diego, California is an academic institute comprised of scientific collaborators committed to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's disease (AD) through innovative clinical trials.

The Clinical Trial Recruitment Assistant will work with the ATRI Recruitment Section to support clinical trial sites in their participant recruitment and retention efforts for multi-site clinical trials for AD.The incumbent will assist the Recruitment Section's Clinical Trial Recruitment Coordinators with a wide range of work assignments and must be well organized, able to manage several projects at the same time, and function well in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will play a supportive role for the various studies conducted at the Institute but will need to be a self-starter, have a high attention to detail, able to think critically, and effectively problem solve.They must be able to take initiative, work independently and efficiently, as well as work successfully within a team environment.
