◦Works closely with hiring managers to schedule and review service level agreements (SLAs) and determine job requirements for hiring before recruitment begins.

◦Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications and ensures applicants are interviewed on a consistent set of qualifications.
◦Arranges and schedules applicant interviews with management by coordinating schedules and going through next recruitment steps at the completion of the interview.
◦Provides on-going interview training for hiring managers.
◦Prepares job offer analyses and proposed pay rates, using consistent methodology and fact-based reasoning; presents offers to the Manager and Director of Human Resources for review and approval.
◦Develops networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
◦Evaluates the quality of sources (e.g., professional networking sites, etc.) for active and passive candidate recruitment; recommends networks to find qualified passive candidates.
20% - Process Improvement/Analytical Support
◦Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment and participates in the decision-making processes at each level.
◦Conducts the planning, coordination and execution of recruitment process improvements.
◦Utilizes complex but conventional analytical techniques to identify trends associated with key performance indicators (time-to-fill, etc.) and service level targets.
◦Identifies root causes and best practices to develop appropriate action plan.
◦Acts as backup for the recruiter responsible for all temporary staffing agencies.

As a Recruiter at Raymond West, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving organizational success. Your mission is to source, attract, and select top talent to join our team. This role will be an in-office position in Ontario, CA or Cypress, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Raymond West.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques and candidate assessment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Raymond West.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and hiring decisions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, staying connected with top talent in the industry.
Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Represent Raymond West at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Work with external recruiters and recruitment agencies as needed to fulfill hiring requirements and expand candidate reach.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities and processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.
Bachelor's degree preferred, along with relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Pay Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $66,560 to $80,000. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

The primary focus of this position is to provide support to a Talent Manager and their roster of managed talent. This role will heavily focus on the coordination of campaigns and brand pitches as well as the administrative tasks related to. • Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager and their talent roster including calendar coordination and managing call sheets/notes
• Arrange and coordinate travel for the Talent Manager and/or their talent
• Project manage and execute partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, overseeing shipments and arranging preview and live dates

Maintain honey beehives at client sites s on a minimum three week “cycle” basis, carrying out a variety of tasks to support bee health throughout the beekeeping season. Tasks include:
