Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including administrative, technical, scientific, and cleared roles
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms (internal ATS, job boards, social media, etc.)
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, resume databases, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
Extend job offers and facilitate pre-employment onboarding in collaboration with HR
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements
Represent CNS with professionalism and enthusiasm to both candidates and clients
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including recruitment process enhancements and market research
Qualifications
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or government contracting
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates urgency with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of compliance, EEO, and recruiting best practices preferred
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered
