Position Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and connecting top-tier IT professionals with industry-leading clients on a national scale. Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner closely with Business Development and hiring teams to understand client needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand skill sets in IT, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and other technology sectors
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records

Bachelor's Degree
Full cycle recruitment experience within Technology staffing
Experience recruiting across modern software engineering, data, and AI disciplines - including full-stack and enterprise development (.NET, Java, JavaScript), databases and cloud data platforms (SQL, Oracle, BI/Analytics), and emerging data/ML skill sets (AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling)
Organizational & Communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
A problem solver - analyzing and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
High level of ambition, resilient and flexible - able to deal with ambiguity and change, within a midsize but high-growth business
ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn

Assist with recruitment process and work closely with the Recruiters in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times. Responsibilities will include the following:
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, external workers, HR and line managers

What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be the bridge between hiring leaders and top healthcare professionals - driving strategies that make a measurable difference.
Partner with healthcare clients to assess recruiting and retention needs.
Lead intake meetings with hiring leaders to define talent strategies.
Create and manage sourcing and marketing campaigns that attract the right candidates.
Conduct candidate assessments and interviews with precision and care.
Oversee candidate documentation, background checks, and reference processes.
Guide hiring managers through interview debriefs and offer stages.
Track recruitment metrics, satisfaction surveys, and engagement initiatives to ensure success.
Mentor and collaborate with Talent Sourcing Consultants to strengthen team results.
You're a Great Fit If You:
Bring 3-5 years of healthcare or hospital recruiting experience.
Excel at consulting with healthcare executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
Can juggle multiple RPO projects and stay organized in a hybrid or remote environment.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare (preferred).

Human Resources/Union Relations Specialist
Recruiting coordinator job in Evendale, OH
This role will provide support to the Union Relations Manager and the Human Resources team at the Evendale campus. The HR/UR Specialist will own the contractual internal movements for our hourly population in Evendale and be responsible for documenting and improving internal site HR/UR processes using FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace's process improvement/lean tools.
The successful candidate will be front facing with union representatives and managers, assisting with general questions and requests, escalating as appropriate.
This individual will partner closely with the HR/UR Team to support site wide activities and initiatives involving represented employees, including post-ratification contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate has a continuous improvement mindset, is comfortable and confident working in a unionized environment - including answering questions related to collective bargaining agreement (CBA) language - and has a passion for problem solving and driving solutions to completion.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
* Has oversight for all Evendale contractual internal hourly personnel movements, including filling open job roles, sending offer letters, and managing the contractual movements for the UAW and IAM populations.
* Has oversight for grievance process administration, ensuring data is up to date in the grievance tracking system and that physical files contain all relevant information. Works with HRM/Manager to obtain information that is incomplete/missing. Processes grievance payments when appropriate.
* Provide data/reports from GE systems as needed (ex: Seniority Reports, grievance data)
* Partner with the site HR leaders and Talent Acquisition team on external hourly postings
* Own hourly onboarding process
* Partner with Site HR/UR Leaders on creating process documentation for current HR/UR practices and identifying and executing opportunities for streamlining manual work using FLIGHT DECK tools
* Lead site-wide HR/UR projects, working with multiple business groups across the Evendale campus
* Serve as the point of contact for managers and union representatives for questions and guidance on fundamental HR/UR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to the appropriate HR Manager or UR Manager.
* Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
* Minimum 3 years prior professional Human Resources/Union Relations work experience and/or relevant work experience (roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management)
* Minimum 1 year in a unionized environment
