Purpose
The role serves as a strategic partner to the Talent Center team, leading end to end recruitment initiatives for corporate functions and senior retail leadership across Inditex US & PR. Key Responsibilities
• Lead high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for corporate functions and senior retail roles, managing a large portfolio of vacancies with speed, accuracy, and strategic prioritization.
• Build and sustain a proactive, high‑quality talent pipeline by screening large volumes of resumes, identifying strong profiles, and maintaining consistent engagement across multiple channels.
• Conduct in‑depth role discovery by analyzing job descriptions, meeting with hiring managers, and gaining a deep understanding of technical, behavioral, and operational role requirements.
• Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis to ensure informed hiring decisions and alignment with evolving labor trends across all operating markets.
• Source top talent through diversified strategies, including local market networking, colleges and universities, workforce development partners, NGOs, and innovative digital platforms.
• Partner closely with HR Managers and store leadership to understand talent gaps, workforce planning needs, and operational realities within assigned regions.
• Drive seamless recruitment operations, including job postings, social media content, interview scheduling, and all administrative components of the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate, data‑driven applicant tracking, producing dashboards, reports, and insights to evaluate recruitment performance and inform strategy.
• Identify and test new sourcing channels, continuously enhancing outreach methods to access untapped or emerging talent pools.
• Ensure recruitment processes are executed with efficiency and excellence, supporting broader HR initiatives and cross‑functional projects as needed.
• Design and deploy creative, out‑of‑the‑box attraction tactics that elevate employer branding and strengthen the company's visibility as a destination for top talent.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience, managing interviews, feedback loops, and communication touchpoints with professionalism and clarity.
• Build strategic external partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to expand long‑term talent reach.
• Champion employer brand initiatives, supporting ongoing attraction campaigns and maintaining a consistent, positive presence in the talent marketplace.
• Collaborate on special projects and continuous improvement efforts assigned by the Recruitment Manager, contributing to innovation within the Talent Center function.
Experience and qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred

Annual compensation range

Maintain common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure the integrity of scheduling processes.
Act as liaison with building management, facilities teams, cleaning staff, and third-party vendors.
Manage office repairs, maintenance requests, and improvement projects or buildouts.
Oversee the functionality and supply of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers).
Manage mail, shipments, deliveries, key distribution, alarm codes, and equipment inventory.
Support IT coordination with third-party providers and troubleshoot staff needs.
Approve and code office-related invoices and expenses in Concur.
Manage ad hoc office and administrative projects.
Fashion Show and Market Prep:
Assist teams in setting up showroom for fashion show prep and market weeks.
Manage and track fashion show and market office supplies each season. Make sure supplies are inventoried and ready before start of internal casting, looks, and photoshoots.
Manage food ordering and catering process for show prep weeks.
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in office management, human resources, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.

About the role
As Flex's Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the administration of our interview and candidate experience. The Role:
Modal builds infrastructure that lets engineers run AI workloads without the usual pain. To do this well, we need exceptional people - and a hiring experience that reflects the care and rigor we bring to everything else.
As our first Talent Coordinator, you'll be a foundational partner on the Talent team. You'll help shape how hiring actually works day-to-day: owning interview coordination, candidate communication, and the operational backbone that allows recruiters and hiring managers to do their best work.
This role carries real trust and visibility. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent, recruiters, interviewers, and candidates, and you'll have meaningful input into how our hiring process evolves as we scale.
What you'll do:
* Champion a thoughtful, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the interview process
* Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple roles and time zones, often with complex calendars
* Serve as a primary point of contact and host for candidates, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and well-prepared
* Maintain accuracy and integrity in our ATS (Ashby), including job setup, interview plans, and candidate tracking from first touch through offer
* Develop deep fluency in Ashby and act as a trusted resource for recruiters and hiring partners
* Ensure interviewers are well-prepared with the proper context, materials, and logistics to run effective interviews
* Spot friction or inefficiencies in the hiring process and proactively suggest improvements
* Partner with the talent team on recruiting initiatives such as referrals, interview training, and process iteration
* Bring an equity and fairness lens to hiring operations, supporting consistent, well-calibrated interview experiences
