Education/ Skills/ Experience: · Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or public relations and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience. · Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role. · Hands-on experience with large job sites, such as LinkedIn and other aggregators. · Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Good written and verbal communications skills. · Proven success working in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
