Summary
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Recruiting Coordinator II on our team. The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator II is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and reporting support to the assigned VP and department supporting our Anesthesia and Pain Management Service lines. The Clinical Recruiting Coordinator II position is being offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect the Clinical Recruiting Coordinator II to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to an Envision Healthcare office from time to time for meetings.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain facility contact database
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Envision and facility C-Suites and stakeholders
• Schedule and organize candidate itineraries, interview schedules, and travel logistics
• Facilitate candidate survey process post interview
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Reconcile travel expenses and expense reports as needed
• Work independently or within a designated team on projects as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
• Create and compose various styles of documents using programs within Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible.
• Other duties as assigned.
