JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the full recruitment life cycle for POET. This is an on-site role located in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities include:
Post job openings to external recruiting sites as needed; analyze performance and provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist with strategic talent sourcing utilizing external and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews as needed.
Manage the offer letter process, including preparing and tracking offer letters.
Oversee the pre-employment process, coordinating details with candidates and POET's pre-employment vendor, and providing regular updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and leaders.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the preboarding process, ensuring a positive experience, timely communication, and strong representation of POET as an employer of choice.
Understand big-picture Talent Acquisition processes and team vision to drive decision-making.
Provide preboarding process training to new administrative team members.
Act as the first point of contact for general Talent Acquisition inquiries.
Update/add process documentation for changes as needed.
Attend Career Fair events, as needed.
Assist in preparing reports on Talent Acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire).

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in human resource management, organizational psychology, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
