Other Duties: * Support the Onboarding team as needed to facilitate smooth new hire processes. * Manage certification compliance, including CPR, sexual harassment training, and marine licensing. * Oversee employee mail management and distribution. * Collect and securely store written and verbal statements related to employee incidents or concerns. * Process bonuses and reimbursements accurately and timely. * Investigate and assist in resolving employee concerns and complaints.
