We are seeking a University Recruiting & Relations Operational Efficiency Lead to assist in optimizing tools, technology and processes for the enterprise university recruiting and relations program. This individual will be responsible for designing, leading and executing projects that deliver operational excellence and efficiency. They will engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize recruiting tools (Yello), technology (Workday) and processes. They will serve as consultant to the enterprise UR&R community in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies into our processes. They will serve as a super user and administrator as well as develop and execute training.

The University Relations Program Lead will leverage leading practices and recruiting strategies to proactively deliver change and identify enhancements in continuously advancing University Recruiting strategy and program outcomes. **Roles and Responsibilities** :

+ Lead the development and implementation of streamlined, scalable programs, processes and tools in support of the university recruiting team and strategy.

+ Develop deep relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners focused on designing operational efficiency, system enhancements (e.g., Yello, Workday) and process execution.

+ Analyze processes and programs to identify gaps and opportunities to increase efficiencies.

+ Maintain Yello as a system administrator as well as serve as the university recruiting subject-matter expert on Workday leverage

+ Manage and monitor metrics to evaluate the success of program outcomes; make recommendations that will improve the operational effectiveness.

+ Partner with internal and external peers to develop and deploy recruiter training as required; develop and maintain resources focused on enhancing relationship management and program outcomes for recruiter/managers.

+ Create and deliver reporting to provide insights to hiring progress and program results.

+ Execute with strong collaboration skills across organizational structures and functions, ability to prioritize across multiple projects within strict deadlines and budgets as well as strong analytical skills and leveraging data to inform decisions.

+ Communicate across all levels within the organization as well as with external partners and candidates.

+ **Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in University Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Development; Master's degree with 8 years of relevant exp., or 14 years of relevant experience, in lieu of a degree

+ Demonstrated experience in leading large projects to include building structures, processes and defining measurable business outcomes.

+ Demonstrated success in collaborating across organizational boundaries and influencing at all levels of leadership

+ Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training

+ Experience with working in technology and tools such as Workday, Yello and SharePoint

+ Experience training end-users on software and process

+ Advance experience with MS 365 Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

+ Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and develop data-driven solutions

Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,400.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
