  • Mentor and Train new and existing RDMs. Training should include: Use of COSMOS and KnowledgeSpring; Recruiting Strategies (ReviewNet, Guaranteed Delivery, Cataloging); Lead Role Playing; Establishing a portfolio of candidates by skill set/industry; Use of 3rd party vendors.
  • Help Managing Director establish and implement recruiting strategies.
