Lead a team of recruiters responsible for providing full cycle hourly recruiting services to Pentair's 20+ Core Manufacturing Locations in the United StatesLead Managing Daily Improvement meetings to ensure recruiters are setting and meeting daily goals, meeting SLAs for candidate time in step expectations and guiding daily success aligned with the centers needed production levels Lean into challenges with creativity and action orientation, with a problem-solving mindset Monitor ongoing KPIs on a daily basis to ensure hourly recruiting center is meeting client expectations Monitor and manage the integrity of the data quality in the ATS, including ensure HRBPs and Recruiters are using the system correctly Be a hands on builder, including creating content, dashboards, managing vendors and various projects to ensure the long term success of the COEOwn the Employer Brand for hourly recruiting in the United States, including partnering with Pentair's communications team to advise on market approach and content Drive ongoing innovation to evolve the hourly recruiting process in alignment with best in class practices Partner with peers on the Talent Acquisition COE Leadership Team to share best practices and support each-others success

Key Qualifications:

Westat is seeking an individual to support hospital-based public health surveillance system contracts in the Behavioral Health and Health Policy Practice. This individual will work closely with project leaders to develop hospital recruitment materials and recruitment strategies, conduct recruitment activities, and regularly maintain project documentation. In this role, they will introduce national public health projects to stakeholders external to Westat, using a variety of communication methods. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with executives, directors, and support staff from hospitals and health systems across the country and effectively navigate complex organizations with the goal of gaining their participation in public health research.
Job Responsibilities:


Work on the development of recruitment materials including factsheets and invitation letters. Manage the storage and inventory of recruitment materials. Conduct pre-recruitment research of all selected hospitals to identify hospital decision makers, services offered, and areas of interest. Collaborate with the recruitment director to visualize and document customized recruitment strategies specific to sampled hospitals. Send invitation letters and factsheets to a targeted group of decision makers and influencers within each hospital. Guide hospitals through the enrollment process. Regularly document contacts in a project management system. Document specific details about each hospital, activity, and contact in the project management system. Draft the project monthly progress report. Participate in recruitment team meetings and client meetings as needed. Work with the project director on administrative contract requirements.


Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in public health, social science, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience is required.


Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, related to all supportive tasks for project management, project documentation and schedules, proposals, and email communications. Demonstrated organizational proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment. Proactive and willing to learn new things and apply them to your work, and adapt to changes. Possess the desire to work in the research arena with interest in project management related to health-related research topics. Willingness to and comfort in reaching out to hospital representatives with no prior contact.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or within hospitals, health systems, local health departments, or social service agencies. Experience working in a contracting environment.

The Regional Recruiting Manager (RRM) leads a team of professionals that are responsible for recruiting industry practitioners to teach Trilogy boot camp courses across a regionally based portfolio of university partners. The Regional Recruiting Manager holds accountability for the on-time delivery of candidates to meet Instructional team hiring targets at universities in the assigned Region. In addition to ensuring that open Instructional roles are filled in the assigned Region, the Regional Recruiting Manager is also responsible for ensuring the development of a deep bench of fully qualified talent to meet future hiring goals. The position-holder is a "player-coach" who can be hands-on recruiting talent for high-profile Instructional positions, while also leading, developing, coaching, and performance managing the team to develop and implement customer-centric, market-specific recruiting strategies that are tailored to address the needs of each university partner and unique aspects of various geographic markets.

The Regional Recruiting Manager serves as the primary recruiting expert and point-of-contact for both external university contacts as well as internal cross-functional counterparts in the Region (Field Operational Regional Directors, University Relations, etc.). In addition to owning the day-to-day delivery of instructional recruiting operations in the Region, the position will contribute to departmental or cross-functional teams to support new product launches, strategic initiatives, or business process improvement projects.

  • Lead a direct team of recruiting professionals to achieve on-time delivery of qualified candidates for Instructional positions in the Region.
  • Participate in annual workforce planning to determine future Instructional Recruiting needs, collaborating with departmental peers as well as cross-functional leaders in Field Operations, University Relations, Product/Curriculum Management, and others.
  • Develop strategic plans to ensure the regional recruiting team's ability to deliver the annual Instructional hiring goals for each university in the Region.
  • Guide and assist the development and implementation of local market talent engagement strategies to support Instructional staff recruiting for the Region's university partners, collaborating with Field Operations, Industry Engagement and Strategic partners and others.
  • Participate in improvement projects or other initiatives to support the achievement of departmental and corporate goals.
  • Meet or exceed targets for core recruiting and hiring metrics such as candidate response rates, sourcing efficiency, hiring lead time, time to fill, candidate conversion rates, etc.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $70,000.00 with potential bonus eligibility.
