Emily Heyward is the Co-founder and Chief Brand Officer at Red Antler, the leading brand company for startups and new ventures. Emily works closely with founders to develop purposeful, strategic visions for their startups and has led branding efforts for top companies such as Casper, Allbirds, Brandless, and Prose.

Blake Lyon is Chief Business Officer of Red Antler and previously Head of Business Development of Red Antler. Before joining Red Antler, he was an investment associate with Lerer Hippeau Ventures, focusing on direct-to-consumer brands & e-commerce, SaaS, media, and marketplace businesses. Previously, Blake was Director of Business Development at Spanfeller Media Group, a digital media company focused on creating content-rich lifestyle verticals. Prior to Spanfeller Media Group, Blake held real estate investments analyst positions at Palatine Capital Partners and Antares Investment Partners. Blake is a graduate of Princeton University.

Hannah Lindsey is a Chief People Officer at Red Antler and is based in New, York.
