Role Focus:
The Machine Operator (Butter) is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Required Experience and Skills:

What Does LBHH Require for this Role?
A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License is required.
Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed.
Candidates employed by any UHS facility within the last 6 months are not eligible for the temporary position.

* Participates in clinical/behavioral consultation meetings with residential managers and direct service providers.

* Maintains clinical records and provides written Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and clinical meeting summaries.
* Reviews and report on monthly data sets to monitor individual progress.
