Pros of working at Red Lobster

It is almost always fast paced, so the time goes by quickly. Weekly paychecks are a nice touch. I have worked at three different locations, and it has always been very easy to get along with coworkers. Management can be okay, sometimes. Better than not having a job.

Cons of working at Red Lobster

Constant heat, sweat, grill smoke, stinking like fish every day. Being shouted at by servers. Being insulted and degraded by management. Being called a racial slur by my district manager behind my back. Crappy pay.

Red Lobster benefits

None. They don't even give us a free lunch.
