Your responsibilities as a Dishwasher/Utility will include, but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll be a team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables, as well as addressing any cleanliness or service needs in public areas, to keep the guest experience running smoothly.
You will have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products.
Will answer the phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable.
Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.
Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
Able to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
