The Purchasing Agent is responsible for sourcing, negotiation, contracting, cost control, inventory management, and other procurement functions for designated product categories. Execute and enforce purchase agreements, including monitoring supplier floor stock, updating pricing changes, and sourcing suppy for marketing activities. As the Manager of Digital Analytics, you will lead the analytics strategy for our loyalty and CRM initiatives, ensuring we turn customer data into actionable insights that drive personalization, retention, and lifetime value. This role will partner closely with CRM, marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifecycle strategies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS May perform any or all of the following duties: * Own the analytics roadmap for CRM and loyalty programs, including campaign performance, customer segmentation, and lifecycle modeling. * Analyze customer behaviors and trends across digital and in-store channels to inform personalization and engagement strategies. * Develop KPIs to measure customer acquisition, retention, loyalty program effectiveness, churn risk, and LTV. * Design, track, and analyze A/B tests and promotions within loyalty campaigns to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. * Lead creation of dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Power BI to provide visibility into program performance. * Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Data Engineering teams to build and evolve segmentation models and propensity scores. * Provide insight into what drives customer frequency, app usage, and cross-channel engagement. * Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize campaign timing, messaging, and offers based on data. * Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and best practices in CRM data usage. The Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant is a multi-function position responsible for assisting the Heart of House with preparing ingredients for recipes; and sets-up, maintains, and breaks-down the Garden Bar and dish machine area following Ruby Tuesday procedures and safety and sanitation requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Cleans food preparation and production areas as required. • Wash and clean fruit and vegetables for peeling, dicing, shredding, or slicing using kitchen hand-utensils and electric equipment following Ruby Tuesday safety procedures • Measure and assemble ingredients and cooked items according to Ruby Tuesday recipes and menu specifications. • Complete specific cleaning responsibilities and station maintenance including, but not limited to, the walk-in refrigeration, prep, and dry storage areas. • Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items served on the Garden Bar. • Prepare food in a way to avoid waste and spoilage, ensure high quality, and maintain food safety standards. Ensures suppliers' production meets the company's needs. * Develops relationships with applicable suppliers that create a high level of collaboration and performance against delivery dates, technical problems, material deviations, damage claims, etc. Works closely with Quality Control, Culinary Innovation, and Inventory Management to overcome obstacles. * Support Marketing initiatives that include limited-time offers (LTOs) and new menu offerings by identifying suppliers, forecasting needs, and managing supplier inventory. * Participates in developing procurement strategies, including requirements planning, alternate sourcing, timing of purchasing, inventory level adjustments, etc. * Make recommendations for responsible commodities, communicate approved positions, and provide routine position variance reporting. * Participates in the establishment of a company-wide food cost budget. Evaluate and analyze previous contracts, perform market research to establish pricing trends, and investigate market conditions. * Participates in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls. * Available as a daily resource for corporate personnel, company operators, and franchise operators as needed for product specification, product sourcing, product review, produce pricing, product lead time, product warranty, service, problem resolution, etc. * Other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES * Must possess approximately three (3) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of food purchasing responsibility, preferably in foodservice. * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. * Working knowledge of product specifications and distribution. * Strong background in analysis, both quantitative and qualitative. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and can identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results. * Strong work ethic; commitment to seeing duties completed to a high standard of quality. * Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
