Your responsibilities as a Dishwasher/Utility will include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
Working as one kitchen, by supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focusing on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Why Wendy's As a Wendy's Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility is to create a service culture designed to "Delight Every Customer." You will inspire the entire restaurant team to drive a customer-centered service culture to build customer loyalty. Responsibilities include:
* Training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures to crew members.

* Acting as Operations Leader, organizing, overseeing and supervising shifts by completing and executing the Daily Operations Plan.

* Helping to execute appropriate shift-specific procedures according to the Daily Operations Plan. Assist the restaurant management team in maintaining proper coverage via crew member schedules to ensure that the restaurant attains/exceeds all customer service standards.
* Executing weekly and positional cleaning schedules by assigning, coaching and following up on cleaning tasks with crew members.
* Conducting regular table visits to gain feedback on customer experience and coaching crew members based on findings.
* Running and analyzing Voice of the Customer reports to diagnose Speed and Friendliness opportunities. Take appropriate action with crew members to improve performance and celebrate wins.
* Navigating the Voice of the Customer dashboard and checking, resolving and closing the loop on customer alerts, cases and comments.
* Reviewing and maintaining Throughput Tracking charts to identify opportunities in Speed of Service.

Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
Assist servers with food delivery
Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
May be asked to assist with other cleaning duties within the restaurant as needed
Qualification Standards
A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
A positive attitude.
Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift.
Mobility required during the entire shift.

What we expect from you
Breakfast/ Opening/Lunch Crew Members work shifts to open the restaurant, serve our Breakfast customers, prepare the restaurant for rest of day business and serve our customers during the lunch rush. Schedules vary and can begin as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 5:00 pm. The essential functions of the Late Night/Closing Crew Member position within the restaurant are listed below. Each position does not exist in every restaurant and sales volume dictates which positions will be used and for how long on each shift. Immediately before and after peak volume periods and during all slow periods, it is customary for crew members to "bump and slide" in positions that do not compromise food safety. This process means that during certain periods, a crew member will work several positions within a short period of time while adhering to food safety standards. Delivering quality food orders within specified service time goals is fundamental to the nature of Wendy's business. Each employee must be able to execute his/her position with a speed sufficient to contribute to the overall goals and objectives.
Breakfast/Opening/Lunch Crew Member positions and responsibilities are:
* Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards.
* Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards. This includes bagging orders to include all necessary items for drive thru customers, assembling orders on trays for dining room customers and assembling mobile and delivery orders.
* Operating cash registers and handling customer payments to company standard, following all policies and procedures for handling of payments.

* Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift.
