Ensure timely delivery of business products and solutions. • Serve as liaison with third-party vendors to support business members. • Seek new products and services aligned with the credit union's mission. • Oversee compliance and accuracy of business accounts. Report quality control errors and assist with risk assessments. Monitor accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity. • Train and assist employees with commercial account procedures and maintenance. • Prepare and process loan documentation and information. Order appraisals, title work, escrow maintenance, flood certificates, and tax services. • Assist with loan credit and collateral exceptions, including insurance policy collection. • Complete and organize loan files post-closing. Retain loan documents and obtain financials from borrowers. • Perform clerical tasks: filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and paying invoices. Maintain supplies and organize workspace. • Support Commercial Services staff with various requests and projects. • Remain alert to account changes and information that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity. • Adheres to all Red River Employees Federal Credit Union policies and procedures. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
