Redapt CEO and leadership

David Cantu is responsible for managing multiple components of Redapt, Inc. His deep knowledge of enterprise IT, resourceful entrepreneurial skills and passion for exploring new technologies has been a cornerstone of the company's success. His most valued accomplishments are working with his brother and his influence on the family-like culture within the organization. In addition to working at Redapt, David lives to encourage other entrepreneurs to turn their vision into reality. He currently meets regularly with several early stage startups and also acts as an advisor to Appature and Rezin Sports Marketing. David attended Western Washington University and majored in materials engineering. He is a member of the Northwest Minority Business Council and the National Minority Business Council, as well as the Dell partner advisory council. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing and photography. He also actively participates with his son's soccer and lacrosse teams.

Brent J Malmstrom is a Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Redapt Holdings, Inc. at Redapt and Owner and General Partner at Pristinus Thoroughbreds/Pristinus Stables and is based in Redmond, Washington. He has worked as Vice President Lead Financial Officer & Deputy Chief Financial Officer at AMERICAN EXPRESS CO, Manager Asset Reporting at AMERICAN EXPRESS CO, and Director Asset Reporting at Ameriprise Financial Services LLC. Brent works or has worked as Regional Volunteer at American Red Cross, Financial Supporter/Volunteer at Arthritis Foundation, and Financial Donor at Arthritis Foundation. He attended Harvard Business School, Capella University, and Northern Arizona University.
