We are seeking a Sr Client Director on a high performing sales team where you will help grow Redapt's Enterprise sales business. As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services. As a Sr. Client Director, you will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging your existing client relationships and pursuing net-new opportunities across targeted enterprise accounts. You will bring an established book of business, hunt for new logos, and expand Redapt's presence across greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our end-to-end technology solutions and collaborating with our specialized practice teams, you will guide opportunities through the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close. Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations accelerate their digital transformation across infrastructure, applications, data and cybersecurity solutions. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities around cloud expansion, data center modernization, and emerging technologies. You will also complete training in core datacenter technologies - including server, storage, networking, and software - to ensure deep alignment with Redapt's technical capabilities. What will you do? Drive opportunities and grow datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices in the US, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies. Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements, and serve as the primary customer contact for all opportunities. Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our services offerings. Meet the infrastructure and professional services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience for customers and prospects. Ability to build & nurture relationships and deliver results. Identify new enterprise business opportunities by creating and driving your own sales pipeline. How to Qualify: 10+ years of sales experience and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferable if your sales experience is in technology (Value Added Reseller, Integrator or Consulting). Success in this role is measured by consistent uptime and performance across all platforms, faster resolution of authentication and mail issues with fewer repeat incidents, improved visibility into platform costs with a downward trend in per-user operating spend, and greater predictability in delivery for stakeholders. Responsibilities * Set architecture and standards for the hybrid cloud and messaging stack, ensuring configurations remain current and reversible. AWS, Azure, O365 * Stabilize user sign-in and mail flow by phasing out legacy patterns that create risk or delay. O365 * Plan and execute platform migrations and upgrades with thoroughly tested rollback procedures and clear stakeholder communication. * Implement retention and eDiscovery controls that meet policy requirements without slowing down work. * Lead significant incident response efforts: communicate status to leadership throughout and drive issues to closure with corrective actions. * Improve system observability, alert quality, and automation; develop concise, accurate runbooks to streamline operations and incident response. * Coordinate technical escalations with management, following through to root cause analysis and permanent fixes. * Mentor and guide engineers, setting clear expectations for change control, documentation standards, and cost awareness in solution design. Skills You Bring With You * Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and on-premises datacenter services, ensuring cohesive integration and operation across environments. * Strong expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 configuration, maintaining adequate hybrid mail flow and tenant hygiene. * Deep understanding of IAM, authentication and access management practices that simplify user experience without compromising security. * Familiarity with implementing data retention, legal hold, and data lifecycle management within messaging and collaboration platforms. * Proficiency in developing runbooks, monitoring systems, and automating alerts to reduce noise and improve incident response times. * Ability to manage vendor and partner relationships effectively, with a track record of making well-documented decisions and achieving clear outcomes. Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or a related field, with a focus on identity and messaging platforms. * Proven track record managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and integrating on-premises systems. * 2 + Years of IAM and Identity management administration * 2 + years administering Microsoft 365 * 2+ years of Direct Consulting company experience managing multiple customers across multiple projects at the same time. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). * Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
