Matt Gembrin is responsible for the Finance and Accounting functions at Redaptive. Previously, Matt was a credit analyst at Wells Fargo Securities managing investments in high yield corporate bonds and leverage loans for the Bank’s proprietary account. Prior to his role on the prop desk, Matt was a corporate banking analyst. Matt graduated from UC Berkeley and is a CFA charter holder.

Ricky Singh is the CEO for Redaptive's International Electron. Ricky brings over 15 years of experience in business strategy and operations from both large and start-up organizations. Prior to Redaptive and International Electron, Ricky was the CEO of a high-growth LED lighting manufacturing company. Previously, Ricky was a strategy consultant with Deloitte, leading finance and M&A engagements for Wal-Mart, General Electric, Pfizer, and Texas Pacific Group. Prior to Deloitte, Ricky was a member of The Financial Executive Development Program at General Electric.

Joel Ullmann is the Exec of Strategic Projects at Redaptive. Previously, Joel was managing the telecom marketing analytics team at Nielsen where he worked extensively with customers like AT&T, Verizon, and Google. Prior to Nielsen Joel spent 8 years in commercial real estate finance, investment, and development.
