This is nothing left to define as a pro to working here.
Toxic work environment with incompetent leadership.
Weekends.
Nothing. They are toxic and incompetent.
Start over and get rid of the top.
Don't waste your time.
People are overpaid for what they do, which adds to the toxic nature.

There are no pros to working here any longer.
Most everything is a con. There is no strategy, leadership is terrible and self serving, the people are toxic, it's mostly a mess that starts at the top.
Weekends are the only perk that has any meaning left at this company as it's chipped away at benefits the last couple of years.
There is nothing to like about the CEO and leadership team. Classic sycophants and people in way over their heads.
Get a new CEO and leadership team, define a strategy, and learn how real companies work.
