The Transaction Advisory Services Team The Redpath Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team is comprised of former Big Four CPAs and large consulting firm professionals who provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence. The TAS team actively engages in assessing a target's quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. They also routinely team with the firm's various stakeholders to deliver a truly integrated solution to clients. As a Transaction Advisory Services professional, you will work with fast-growing companies and private equity firms on complex deals, help to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during and after the transaction. Responsibilities: Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
