As a white female I am a minority and not treated very well by my coworkers. The numbers on this website are completely wrong.

To care for others and see how happy they are to see me.

I don’t know them personally but they need to make some changes.

I would come in and see what’s going on. Ask the residents.

I dressed my best. Came in with a positive attitude, a smile and said a prayer and was hopeful.

I’m making the most I have ever made and I’m thankful.

I have no problem with diversity but I do not like being treated badly by people who are of a different race just because I am not like them.

It is a great place to learn social skills and how to care for others

It is like any other place there are ups and downs pay could be a little bit better when you do more than one job in a day

There aren't very many perks but you do get a Christmas bonus at the end of the year

They smile and our friendly. They try to take the time and listen to your concerns and do the best I can to deal with those

Our culture is fine. We are a multicultural company with many different variety of people

I just prayed and showed up

I cannot complain it is one of the highest paying facilities in the area for certain jobs

The thing that I love best about my job is I get to care for others who cannot care for their self anymore it brings me such joy to give them comfort and kindness and companions
