Purpose of Your Work
As Director of Strategic Sales, Managed Transportation working within Redwood Supply Chain Solutions (one of our entities), you will be responsible for leading and developing the Redwood Managed Transportation business development efforts to meet to exceed quarterly and annual goals. Build and manage a customer pipeline, revenue growth targets and global go-to-market strategies for Managed Transportation opportunities through 100% hunting activities
Coordinate onsite industry events with certain partners and customer prospects

Support and scale the Managed Transportation practice as a SME

A proven hunter, with 10+ years' experience in a sales role with experience in logistics/supply chain
5+ years' experience in a SaaS, technology, or managed transportation discipline
Previous 3PL solutions and/or operations experience

The Material Handler is responsible for executing all activities related to safely unloading, inbound receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement within the warehouse. Position Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer with Redwood Logistics, you will play a central role in designing and building the next generation of AI-enabled products that power our brokerage and managed services platforms. This role focuses on scalable feature development, AI integration, and platform evolution. You will collaborate closely with Redwood's AI Product team to deliver intelligent systems, agentic workflows, and data-driven automation capabilities that redefine digital logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of new platform capabilities across Redwood's technology ecosystem.
Partner with the AI Product and Data Science teams to integrate predictive, generative, and agentic models directly into product workflows.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems leveraging microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns to support AI-enabled decisioning and automation.
Own full-stack development across .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), ensuring maintainable, production-grade solutions.
Guide technical design reviews, ensuring solutions align with Redwood's long-term architectural direction and platform modernization roadmap.
Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability within Azure and containerized environments.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability frameworks to support rapid, high-quality releases.
Mentor engineers in advanced coding practices, architectural thinking, and AI integration techniques.
Contribute to the definition of Redwood's AI platform architecture, shaping reusable service patterns, data orchestration flows, and model-serving frameworks.
Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, developer tooling, and best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on scalable, distributed, or data-intensive systems.
Proven experience building and deploying cloud-native applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns, APIs, and data pipelines, with practical experience collaborating with data science or ML engineering teams.
Expertise in Azure cloud services, including container orchestration (AKS), serverless computing, and event-driven design.
Experience developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs with attention to performance, resilience, and data integrity.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and secure deployment workflows.
Strong command of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, Cosmos DB, Postgres, or Snowflake preferred).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and AI teams.
Experience developing agentic or AI-driven applications, leveraging LLMs or orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs) and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Data Factory).
Preferred experience in logistics, brokerage, or supply chain technology.
Knowledge of domain-driven design and service mesh architectures.
Proven success in influencing platform-level design and scaling AI capabilities into production applications.

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and hybrid or remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
The Material Handler is responsible for executing all activities related to safely unloading, inbound receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate transactions in the ERP system, supports production schedules, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

As the Field Marketing Manager working within Shared Services (one of our entities), you'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Partnership, and Revenue Operation - turning Redwood's growth priorities into high-impact programs that deliver business impact.
You'll build and run field marketing initiatives that create momentum: pipeline-generating events, targeted ABM experiences, regional and vertical campaigns, partner activations, and sales-enablement moments that move deals forward. This role is equal parts strategy and orchestration - connecting the “why” (business goals) to the “how” (plans, execution, measurement), and ensuring every program is aligned, well-supported, and measurable.
In short, you'll help Redwood show up in-market with consistency and purpose - bringing teams together to deliver experiences that build trust, spark conversation, and drive revenue.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Brand/Comms, and RevOps to plan and execute integrated field programs aligned to revenue goals.
Serve as the quarterback for field initiatives - owning timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, comms and follow-through to ensure programs launch smoothly and drive outcomes.
Align field strategy to the broader campaign calendar, promotion schedule, and business priorities (verticals, regions, segments).
Field Program Strategy and Execution
Own a rolling field marketing plan for assigned regions / segments
Lead planning and execution for customer and prospect-facing experiences, including:
Industry trade shows and conferences
Redwood-hosted events (executive dinners, workshops, roundtables, customer forums)
Partner co-marketing activations
Local / Regional “field plays” that support pipeline creation and progression
Represent Redwood at events and provide onsite support as needed.
Event and Experience Management
Oversee end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, vendors, contracts, shipping, booth assets, staffing schedules, run-of-show, and onsite execution.
Coordinate internal participation: speaker prep, attendee enablement, staffing plans, and clear roles across teams.
Distribute event plans, agendas, booth schedules, and post-event summaries to stakeholders.
Pipeline Accountability and Measurement
Define goals, success metrics and reporting for field programs (e.g. registrations, attendance, meetings set, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, stage progression).
Partner with RevOps and Demand Gen to ensure clean lead capture, routing, attribution, and follow-up.
Track program spend, manage budgets, and communicate pacing / variance proactively.
You've Got This?
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Management, or Demand Generation, preferably within the Logistics, Supply Chain, or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of managing large-scale industry trade shows (e.g., Manifest, CSCMP, FreightWaves) and intimate executive-level events (dinners, roundtables).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for speaker prep, internal enablement, and post-event executive summaries.
Willingness to travel (30-40%) to represent Redwood at regional and national events.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Proficiency in Salesforce (for lead tracking and attribution) and HubSpot/Marketo (for campaign execution).
Project Management: Comfort working within project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar to manage complex timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
Data Literacy: Ability to pull reports and analyze program performance (ROI, pipeline influence, and cost-per-lead).
Logistics: Familiarity with vendor contract negotiation, booth shipping logistics, and onsite production.
Budget Management: High financial acumen for tracking program spend and managing variances across multiple regions.
