    AHF is currently seeking a Field Service Rep to support the Home Depot account. Under the guidance and supervision of the AHF NSA General Sales Manager, this position is accountable for supporting the NSA sales team in achieving or exceeding budgeted sales, volume/mix, and profitability targets with Home Depot and HD Supply. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast US near a major airport. This is a home-office based role offering a car allowance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides proactive and professional assistance to defined Home Depot stores, HD Pro and HD Supply managed accounts. Develops and conducts training for the Home Depot and HD Supply organizations in the areas of selling skills, product knowledge, technical information, installation, as well as company policies and procedures. Is the key point of contact for day in day out questions and leads the effort to develop tactical store relationships. Successfully executes new product launch initiatives. Builds, maintains, and refreshes in-store displays / merchandising. Provides inventory consultation and special-order sales assistance. Handles customer claims with resolution. Communicates and implements pricing, marketing programs/promotions, and initiatives to drive the business. Executes the sales call process and accurate job tracking via Hub Spot (sets the stage, fact finds and listens, presents total AHF value, manages objections and finds solutions). Regularly makes joint sales calls with the Director of THD/HD Supply Sales and management personnel with the primary emphasis to close business. Assists the THD in the yearly business planning process by establishing sales, marketing, service, and financial objectives and, with the Director of Sales, conduct quarterly review sessions regarding the yearly plan. Monitors and evaluates the market and activities and products of the competition. Identify SWOT and develop plan to address issues/problems/opportunities. Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or equivalent retail / merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years previous sales experience, preferably in the flooring and/or building products industry. A strong track record of achievement. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. The ability to learn quickly. Results driven attitude. Desire to sell a great brand and great products within an appropriate spectrum of price range. Proficiency in and experience with CRM systems; experience with Hub Spot preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.). The ability to work toward team goals. Valid US driver's license. Ability to travel 20%.
