Very Nice People
Lack of training. The CEO/President and Vice President of Finance are very shady people to deal with. I was hired in as a Global Trade Compliance & Logistics Manager because they wanted to replace the current one, they have that works in a Miami office and also, they replace an import/export analyst in three months until I get accustomed to the job. I have experience in trade compliance and needed help more in Logistics area. I remember applying for the position and interviewing for it back in 2024, but the position was put on hold supposedly. In February 2025 I was given a call to comeback and interview and was offered the job but there was never a training program in place to learn more about the products, I was just given a whole bunch of emails to look at and in hopes to make an SOP on everything which I tried to do. The problem is everything is too centered on logistics and not enough on trade compliance. I gave up a very good job with a very good company only to be let go by Reed Manufacturing for not having a training program in place for the position.
Nice guy but very shady and so is the VP of Finance
Do a better job of establishing an actual training program and to actually get involved in the operations.
