Remote work; 10% yearly bonus opportunity; not too many unnecessary meetings.

Cons of working at LexisNexis Reed Tech

No training or support. Horrendously poor management. Bias, gaslighting, defensive HR. Wins are overlooked, while faults are magnified. No room for advancement.

What do you like best about LexisNexis Reed Tech's CEO and the leadership team?

I don't know him and never met him or learned about him.

How would you improve LexisNexis Reed Tech's culture?

I'd create and implement an onboarding curriculum that sets new employees up for success. I'd hire people that actually care about people and don't treat them like cogs in a machine. Offer training and career advancement opportunities.

Google'd a lot of things and used ChatGPT.

It's average/comparable. I can't complain.
