    Sales Supervisor (F/T) The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals. Responsibilities ● Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. ● Assist in training and developing a successful sales team. ● Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously. ● Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager. ● Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders. ● Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. ● Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role. Requirements ● Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience. ● High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ● Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs. ● Excellent team-building skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
