These duties may include but not limited to: · Makes safety the first priority and complies with all directives including OSHA, general contractors, company policies, and other state and local agencies. • Knowledge of common powered tools.• Skilled in working with a group of people to accomplish project deadlines and complex environments.• Ability to demonstrate a focus on safety and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hardhat, and other protective clothing.• Ability to negotiate ladders including climbing up/down and remain stationary while conducting work.• Ability to negotiate scaffolds and other elevated platforms from numerous levels of height.• Ability to manipulate hand tools and other equipment with which may require both hands.• Ability to stand continuously for a 12-hour shift and perform physically demanding activities to must exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Ability to run lawn mower Works in a safe manner. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to and not limited to 50 pounds. Other duties as assigned. Skills You'll Need: Experience. Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred. Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred. Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
