David leads sales at Reflektive and has a history of building motivated sales teams that are focused on the success of their customers. He has over 15 years of experience leading sales teams at enterprise companies such as Dynamic Signal, Achievers, Coremetrics, Brightcove, and WebEx.

Barbara is responsible for driving Reflektive’s customer advocacy - creating a cohesive experience that helps companies elevate performance management and achieve significant value with Reflektive solutions. With three decades of experience in global consulting, customer success and partner enablement, she brings deep knowledge and expertise in building global services management within startups, rapid-growth and Fortune 500 companies such as Capsilon, Apttus and Model N. Asking, “What does success look like?” is ingrained in Barbara, and how she positions Reflektive to help customers and their employees grow.

With over 20 years of experience mapping customers’ business problems to the right technology and services at companies such as Frontbridge, Microsoft Corp, Telesign and Usermind, Forrest is responsible for Cloudleaf’s go-to-market execution, growth and global expansion.

Forrest has extensive experience working with both large enterprise and early-stage companies to help them take a leadership position through go-to-market design and execution, demand generation and direct and partner sales across all segments and sectors. He has been involved in multiple pre-series A startups and drove broad global expansion

Marc Caltabiano is the CPO at Maple. Marc leads the product and design team at Maple. He has extensive product leadership experience and has held executive roles at TripAdvisor, Renaissance, an education technology company, and Reflektive, a human resources technology company. Marc holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jeff McCarthy is a Chief Customer Officer at Reflektive.
