As a Warehouse / Hybrid - Trash Collector, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth deliveries, organized spaces, and clean communities. What You'll Do:Collect trash from designated pick-up points within residential communities Ensure timely and efficient collection of trash bins and bags Maintain cleanliness and organization of trash collection areas Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift; and would be able to lift up to 50lbs while collecting trash Deliver routes containing up to 150 packages across multiple apartment communities Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times What You'll Need:Prior similar experience is a plus, but not required Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle Comfort operating a variety of large vehicles, including, but not limited to: - Cargo vans - Sprinter vans - 14' to 20' box trucks (non CDL) A valid driver's license and a clean driving recordA smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps Clear and concise verbal communication skills Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision $17.50 - $17.50 an hour What We'll Deliver On:- Competitive pay rates - Medical- Dental- Vision insurance- 401(k)- AD&D/STD/LTD- Paid time off We also pay weekly.
