The position is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic efforts within an assigned region and identified channel partners. The role includes the deployment and coordination of sales processes and reporting metrics aimed at maximizing revenue. Must maintain day-to-day business, focus on growing existing and new accounts, direct or with a channel partner, roll out product additions, and conduct training to enhance technical and application knowledge to customer base. Develop relationships with key management staff, initiate and participate in established management reviews. It includes the development of specific growth action plans, account objectives, and effective countermeasures. Responsibility at Channel Partner locations includes but is not limited to advocating for the needs of their customer base; leading and assisting their sales activities; implementing and achieving account sales plans; provide technical solutions / support / assistance, providing customer feedback and market needs to the organization to assist in the planning process; and cultivating relationships with industry partners to strengthen our position in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities

Management of all aspects of the Thomson products sales cycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for significant calls / visits made, events taking place, and history in Sales Force.com
Utilize the "Value sell" philosophy in completing the tasks necessary to manage the accounts in the assigned territory, including increasing our market share at customers that we currently do business with as well as pursuing new business at customers that we do not currently sell to
Work with Operating Company GM and Product Management teams (supported by Regional Sales Director) to develop annual sales plan, implement Sales & Marketing Strategy according to Customer and Channel requirements
Provide product expertise, leadership, direction, and sales support of assigned territory
Work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support personnel at Thomson Customer Support (TCS)

Material Coordinator/Local Driver Essential Responsibilities
Perform all duties as assigned in a safe and efficient manner with an emphasis on quality. Follow Company and departmental procedures, including regular attendance and punctuality. Follow all safety rules and keep work area and vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. Report any unusual conditions or situations to Lead Person or Supervisor.
Drive Company vehicles to and from suppliers to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as assigned.
Load and unload vehicles using necessary equipment. Get assistance if necessary.
Make physical and visual inspections of vehicle to be used (truck, forklift, power pallet lifter, etc.). Make necessary adjustments and fill out required paperwork.
Report any unusual conditions during operation of all vehicles and report necessary maintenance to Lead Person or Supervisor.
Report any unusual conditions at any outside suppliers to Lead person or Supervisor.
Pack and/or weigh parts going out to suppliers.
Maintain all vehicle fluid levels.
Perform any in shop functions when all required duties are completed as directed by Lead person or Supervisor.
Safely operate powered fork trucks and lifts.
Operate all electronic scales.
Perform cycle counts periodically to maintain control of inventory counts throughout the year.
Work with Production Control to coordinate components for work orders that are released for staging, including reporting FCN (traceability) to Production Planning for work order creation using FIFO practice.
Receive parts for storage, distribute parts to their proper place on a shelf, at a machine, or staging area; and return overpull material back to stock.
Review all paperwork upon completion.
Fill production work orders.
Work with sawing, turning, and grinding machinery.
Assist operators in lifting or moving parts.
General Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or trades / technical education and certifications preferred
Mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
Strong ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Valid Driver's License

Position Summary: The hours for this position are 2:00pm-10:30pm. The Multi Machine Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of equipment involved in performing operations such as Sawing, Broaching, Stamping, Drill and Tap on items similar in nature, but varying in size by performing the following duties
Essential Responsibilities:
Sets-up and operates production machinery, and other items similar in nature.
Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, and determines sequence of operations
Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder (chuck, collet or tool post),
Positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers or fixtures.
Moves controls to position tool and work piece in relations to each other, and set specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut.
Changes holding fixtures, tools, and tool holders. Sets up fixture or feeding device, starts machine, and turns handwheel to feed tool to work piece or vice versa, and engages feed.
Adjusts speeds and feeds
Changes dull or broken tooling
Load and unload parts from machinery.
Turns valve handle to direct flow of coolant or cutting oil against tool and work piece.
Replenish coolant reservoir
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined work piece to specifications. Maintains quality standards, checking and recording dimension and or specifications as needed; notify supervisor of any defective product or processes.
Moves materials, parts, tool and containers.
Notifies supervisor regarding difficulties with tool and materials or malfunctions of equipment.
Other related duties as assigned.

Timken Aurora Bearing Company is seeking a 1st Shift Centerless Machinist that will perform a variety of functions to maintain and operate various grinding equipment while adhering to the safety, quality, and productivity standards of Timken Aurora Bearing Company.
Centerless Grinder Responsibilities:
Mount and balance grinding and regulating wheel when needed, select and change work blade, thru-feed spacer, shims and various other features
Calculate workblade height and set, adjust guides, diamond height and truing angles. Dress wheels, make all necessary lead adjustments. Set size, set track, set gauges, adjust speeds and feeds. Install machine guards in place as needed.
Run 1st piece part, make necessary adjustments to attain quality characteristics per print specifications and complete necessary paperwork to attain a set-up approval.
Load parts, cycle machine, check parts at designated intervals and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality characteristics of part per print specifications throughout machining operations.
Box or rack parts. Demagnetize, wash, if required. Tag parts, complete all required paperwork including SPC charting.
Centerless Grinder Qualifications & Experience:
