Performs general labor and distributes material to the appropriate location. This position will train on first shift but can remain on first or transition to off shift. As a Cut-Off Operator at Regal Rexnord your focus will be to: Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary. Move completed material to next workstation. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Required Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: entry level willing to train Specific Skills & Knowledge: Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds. Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course. This position provides strategic support to senior management including preparing presentations, analytics, and other financial projects.
