National Account Manager

This individual must reside in the Southeast/Eastern part of the United States.
Drive Strategic Growth with Motion Industries: Influence Motion's leadership and field teams to grow Regal Rexnord's share by positioning us as their preferred supplier across bearings, gearing, motors, conveying systems, and more.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between internal business units, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Accelerate Speed to Market: Improve quoting responsiveness and streamline program deployment to position Regal Rexnord as a world-class partner.
Manage High-Volume Requests Prioritize and coordinate large volumes of inbound requests from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and accountability.
Champion Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a robust operating system that supports root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and consistent communication across all levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development - ideally in Power Transmission, Bearings, or Industrial Distribution
Ability to travel up to 50%
This individual must reside in the Southeast/Eastern part of the United States
Experience with root cause analysis, decision-making frameworks, and management operating systems
Proven ability to manage complexity and drive accountability across teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Salary
$130,000 - $150,000 + 30% SICP Bonus
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Training and Support:
Support and coach team members on quality standards and expectations. Coach in the use of fundamental APQP tools (PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Validation Plans and Production Control Plans).

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gear Cutter Operator B to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating gear cutting machines to produce high-quality gears according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate gear cutting machines such as hobbing, shaping, and broaching machines.
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine gear specifications.
Inspect finished gears using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.

Qualifications:

Primary Function
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Treatment Research Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on understanding the risks associated with microplastics and other emerging contaminants in drinking water, and on identifying and developing innovative technologies to remove these contaminants from residential drinking water at the point-of-use and point-of-entry scale. This is a great opportunity for a creative, hands-on individual to work in our water treatment engineering research group in the development of advanced water treatment technologies and products.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to monitor and assess emerging water contaminants to determine filtration needs, and develop strategic plans for implementing effective treatment solutions. The initial focus will be on microplastics.
Conduct research and demonstrate feasibility of technologies for emerging contaminant reduction in drinking water.
Work with outside researchers and monitor state of the art for water treatment for microplastics and other emerging contaminants; recognize opportunities and recommend action when appropriate.
Analyze and evaluate water treatment technologies through theoretical calculations, prototype development, proof of concept testing, and modeling/data analysis.
Collaborate with global operating companies in China, India, and US to develop and implement advanced technologies for residential drinking water treatment into point-of-use and point-of-entry products.
Stay updated on existing and proposed regulations and health studies to ensure compliance and anticipate future needs for residential and commercial water treatment systems.
Lead and manage technology development projects following the defined AO Smith processes.
Provide technical support to CTC and A. O. Smith operating companies' projects and requests.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. PhD preferred
Extensive experience in water treatment research, ideally 10+ years
Experience with evaluation and development of cost effective treatment methods for drinking water applications
Experience working with a customer focused mindset
Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Open to travel including domestic and international
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with filter design, carbon block integration, or emerging material incorporation into water treatment systems

Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
Verifies quality and print specifications are met

Required Education & Experience: 2-year trade school program or equivalent. Journeyman's Card. 5+ year's previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift material up to 50 lbs.
