Role Summary: The Regional Maintenance Tech will be serving the sites in the DFW Metroplex area fixing targeted equipment and property which has been reported as damaged/malfunctioning by supported sites. This typically takes place during non-operating hours but can also take place during operating hours. They are responsible for repairing and maintain Concession and restaurant equipment (Pop Corn Machines, Hotdog Grill, Ovens, Ice Machines, etc.) seats, walls, doors, restroom fixtures. The Theater Tech will get a truck assigned with the tools, equipment, and spare parts he may need to serve the theaters. Theatre Maintenance Employee will coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to define his daily schedule and scope of work, will also inform the Manager the need to contract specialized labor to perform major repairs or those outside of their areas of expertise. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and controlling the preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance Plan and coordinate the preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Concession and restaurant equipment: Pop Corn Machines, Hotdog Grill, Ovens, Ice Machines among others Inspect equipment, recommending repairs or replacements. Schedule maintenance and project work in coordination with other departments. Train Theater personnel in the use of predictive maintenance equipment Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet floors, restroom fixtures, countertops, mirrors, walls, wall coverings, partitions, drinking fountains, minor plumbing and electrical work, office furniture, auditorium seats, etc. Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, orderly, and organized. Removes and disposes of trash, broken parts, and supplies from repair areas once completed. Cleans and organizes the designated Maintenance storage areas. Coordinates with the Maintenance Manager on items to be repaired and/or maintained Communicates any need for parts and supplies to Maintenance Manager Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports issues to management and Region Maintenance Manager Performs other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Expertise in 3 or more trades / several years' experience with related equipment. (TO DO: List of equipment / vendors / etc.) Excellent driving record, and fully capable of operating a provided fleet vehicle. Availability to work flexible hours which include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires regular and consistent attendance. Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift Provides excellent service Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Role Summary: Cinemark Facilities Technicians repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. This individual is responsible for repairing refrigeration equipment, lobby & hall lights, appliances, some plumbing, & digital signage They also serve as an advisor to less experienced staff or when contract labor is hired to perform major repairs or those outside of their areas of expertise. May train theatre staff or theatre maintenance staff on performing simpler or more routine maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean professional appearance Excellent communication and presentation skills. Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, orderly, and organized. Removes and disposes of trash, broken parts, and supplies from repair areas once completed. Cleans and organizes the designated Maintenance storage areas and assigned vehicle. Confers with Manager as needed to plan workload & travel to theatre sites. Parts management through Cinemark inventory system. Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks Monitors safety and security issues in work areas. Performs other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: 5+ years of experience in related field EPA 608 Universal Certification Class A or B license with R endorsement. Expertise in multiple trades a plus. Electrical, plumbing, and flooring preferred Familiarity with power tools Willing to work at elevated heights including an aerial work platform Safe driving record and current drivers license Availability to work flexible hours which may include non-operating hours and early mornings. Summary: The theatre maintenance person is a team member classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or a full-time hourly employee who is responsible for performing minor repairs in all areas of the theatre including projection booth (such as change out fixtures in the booth, repair fan motors, etc), but specifically not to equipment or maintenance that is covered by the Technical Services Department. Represent and act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by theatre management. * Regular and consistent attendance. * Ensuring all auditorium seats are in good working order and repairing broken ones in a timely manner. * Tile work. * Sheet rock repair. * Training theatre personnel in the proper and safe way to perform minor repairs and/or maintenance * Changing light bulbs as needed. * Painting. * Perform the daily inspections report. * Other minor repairs as needed. * Working with management to obtain qualified personnel for larger maintenance concerns. * Have knowledge to arm, disarm and general operation of the alarm system. * Be aware of all safety and emergency procedures.
