In this role you will be providing medical support to our clients while ensuring a safe environment for them. Responsibilities * Assess daily and long-term needs of residents. * Medication administration and recording according to physician's orders, facility policy and safe nursing practice. * Treatments and dressings and recording according to physicians' orders, facility policy and safe nursing practice. * Completion of precise and professional charting PCC according to policy. * Communication with residents and responsible parties regarding resident condition, treatment, appointments, etc. * Communication with pharmacy to assure proper medications for each resident. * Coordination of all nursing functions of assigned unit/team. * Hands on care of residents as needed and other duties as assigned.
