This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end architecture of Regency Centers' Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures scalable, secure and well-integrated solutions across the Experience Cloud portals as well as integrations including JD Edwards, VersaPay, LexisNexis and Experian. The Solution Architect partners closely with business stakeholders, developers and administrators to translate business strategy into technical design while enforcing architectural best practices and platform standards. The ideal candidate understands both the business and the platform, translating strategic objectives into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions. He/she has proven success in environments where Salesforce serves both internal teams and external community users via Experience Cloud.
What You'll Be Doing:
ARCHITECT
Define Salesforce architectural strategy, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.
Design and document solution blueprints for Experience Cloud, core CRM, automation and integrations.
Lead technical design reviews, provide mentorship to developers and enforce best practices for configuration vs. customization.
Guide and support release strategy, DevOps pipelines and environment management.
Manage and support development of custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and integrations.

Maintain functional and technical documentation, ensuring traceability between requirements and delivery.

Are You Qualified?
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
7+ years of Salesforce experience including 3+ years in architectural or lead design roles.
Proven experience with Experience Cloud as well as other cloud environments such as Sales and Service.
Proficiency in areas like data modeling, custom development (Apex, Visualforce), integrations, flow optimization and declarative automation.
Hands-on integration experience (JD Edwards, REST or SOAP APIs).
Excellent communication and documentation skills - able to translate complex architecture into executive-friendly visuals.

We're seeking a Digital Assets Director to serve as a subject-matter expert and to lead the team directly/indirectly responsible for the development and maintenance of innovative cryptocurrency transaction monitoring and trade surveillance solutions. In this 100% crypto-focused role you will partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence and Compliance professionals to oversee the buildout, management, and improvement of Fidelity's blockchain forensics and trade surveillance capabilities. The role will have broad exposure to senior leaders in Fidelity Digital Assets (‘FDA'), Legal, Risk and Compliance functions. You will partner with development teams to build out critical digital asset surveillance processes and be able to identify when a requirement isn't understood, or a process or control isn't sufficient.
