Observe and report for signs and symptoms of change in condition and patient response to treatment Complete admission and routine heights and weights.
Complete and chart monthly vital signs flowsheets and restorative grids
Organize patient care activities to complete patient care based on priority of patient needs
At times, RestorativeAides may be asked to assist with C.N.A. assignments
Qualifications
Educational/Training Requirements
Must be able to pass RestorativeAide Training Program provided by the facility
Licensing Requirements
Must be a Certified Nurse Aide
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in skilled nursing is preferred
