Primary Responsibilities The Social Worker will be responsible to work with the residents in overseeing and assisting in the admission process, identification of needs and problems, make referrals to community resources, and ensuring the mental and social health of each resident. The Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator can be called to assist with any of our 57 skilled nursing locations as needed. This position is posted to build our pool of applicants to be called as needed, it does not necessarily mean there is an immediate opening. The Interim Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, and physical management of the facility, residents and equipment in a manner that the purpose of the facility shall be established and maintained in accordance with established policies. The AR Analyst is responsible for: * Responsible for effective communication from central billing office to field staff and facility staff to facilitate prompt and clean claims submission for facilities assigned. * Responsible for census for each assigned facility. Quality of Care: * Handle and/or assist in developing and regularly evaluating methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of care in accordance with nursing home regulations and applicable nursing facility standards and practices. * Communicate with attending physician and medical director regarding resident care issues as needed. * Communicate with families regarding resident care issues when appropriate Staffing: * Handle and/or assist the DON in determining the staffing needs of the nursing service department. * Handle and/or assist the DON in the recruitment, hiring and training of nursing service personnel. * Verify that a sufficient number of nursing staff members are available for each shift to ensure that nursing care is provided to meet the daily nursing care needs of each resident. * Develop work assignments and schedules. Participate in supervising staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed and performed. Quality Assurance: * Assist in the facility daily start up process. * Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department. * Serve on the Quality Assurance Committee as assigned. Other: * Assist in the review of resident clinical records as needed. * Assist in the review of consultant reports and implementation of any plans of corrections as needed. * May be periodically required to assist with MDS assessments and care plans if and as needed. * Assist in the review of and implement appropriate compliance action regarding pertinent regulatory reports. * Participate in the facility's nursing on-call schedule. * Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the Director of Nurses.

Primary Responsibilities The Certified Mediation Aide will prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications per protocol Essential Functions * Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with company policy and procedure. * Observe and report to the facility's charge nurse reactions and side-effects to medication shown by a resident * Take and record vital signs prior to the administration of medication which could affect or change the vital signs * Reports to charge nurse and documents reasons prescribed drugs are not administered. * Administer regularly prescribed medication which the permit holder has been trained to administer only after personally preparing (setting up) the medication to be administered * The medication aide will document the administered medication in the resident's medication administration record * Administer oxygen per nasal canula or a non-sealing face mask only in an emergency; immediately after the emergency, the medication aide shall verbally notify the licensed nurse on duty or on call and appropriately document the action and notification. * Apply specifically ordered ophthalmic, OTIC, nasal, and vaginal medication * Be able to accurately follow all principals of good medication administration * Assist in customary daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, care of hair, nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls, etc., which includes lifting, transferring * Helps charge nurses with the cleanliness of the nursing station, medication room and supply room.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will implement the plan of care as established by the therapist and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care. The COTA will communicate with facility staff and provide support to the facility through training and in-services as needed.
