The people

Cons of working at Regeneron

Growth was to fast. Not enough people, processes, tools in place to support workload. Have a churn and burn mentality towards their employees.

Regeneron benefits

They had solid benefits. Nothing extra out of the ordinary that was provided by other Pharma companies.
